Como decimos aqu\u00ed: aunque la mona la vistan de seda, mona se queda. Como nos quieran decir a los habitantes de la CDMX, antes DF, la corrupci\u00f3n sigue rampante, y lo que es peor, en la impunidad total.<\/h3>\n

Parecer\u00eda que el sistema est\u00e1 hecho para que los delicuentes hagan de la hoy Ciudad de M\u00e9xico un verdadero nido de rata de dos patas, y de todo tipo: de cuello blanco, de pasamonta\u00f1as, de charrismo, etc.<\/h3>\n

\u00bfSer\u00e1 que los Constituyentes, tan estrat\u00e9gicamente (\u00bfpara qui\u00e9n?) escogidos van a poder resolver esta situaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n
